Nestled on our small homestead, this is glamping at its finest: fresh air, feathered friends, and all the comforts of home (yes, we’re talking hot showers and AC). You can sip coffee with chickens, stargaze under wide-open skies, and maybe make friends with our goofy goats and obnoxious geese. Renovated 1965 Airstream sits Lakefront w/ all modern conveniences, including fully stocked kitchen, full bath, AC, and Heat. Across from a waterfall on an 8 acre private Lake with your own beach, dock, and Kayaks. Nestled into the forest on our farm and surrounded by 142 wooded acres with 5+Miles of Hike/Biking trails. Enjoy Swimming, Kayaking, Fishing, Hike/Biking, visit Farm Animals, or just RELAX! Only our Family, Log Cabin, Tugboat, and Silo listings have access to the Lake and Property.

“Old Smokey”A cozy, single bedroom, unique getaway

"Old Smokey" is a 1965 pull-behind camper that has been beautifully remodeled. It is cozy, rustic and has been restructured with lots of love. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The camper has both air conditioning and a wood stove. "Old Smokey" is a unique and romantic glamping experience. You can cook delicious meals on the propane stove/grill or visit one of our charming local restaurants. This is the perfect location to relax and reset, either solo or with someone special.

The Debonair

The Debonair-A New and Beautiful Airstream Trailer with all the modern conveniences. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a gas range, oven, microwave, a large refrigerator and freezer. An outdoor gas grill is provided for your al fresco meal. Wifi is provided in case you need to stay connected. Relax and unwind as you visit nearby Wineries, Country Markets and local festivals or to Hike or Bike nearby trails. You will be staying on our working farm. We look forward to hosting you!

If you’re looking for country charm with mountain views, you’ve found the right getaway! This tiny living space is in the woods on our private 3 acre lot surrounded by mountain views. Relax inside the newly renovated camper with WiFi availability or step outside & enjoy the hand crafted firepit w benches made from trees on the property or enjoy a game of ax throwing. This space is perfect for a romantic getaway, a work retreat, a stop through town, or a small family or group of friends.

River & Rail

Enjoy all the Potomac River has to offer, just 40 miles south of D.C. Rich in history, our RV trailer sits near the river's edge on our home property about 200 feet from our residence, in Widewater Virginia, between the Potomac River and the CSX railway. Although there are trains that pass by, they do not use their horn in our area, and they are fun to watch! Enjoy a coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise, then light up a fire pit after a day kayaking or fishing on the river.

Tucked away in the woods on a historic Eastern Shore farm lies this stunning Airstream retreat 10 mins from Cape Charles. The 1969 Airstream has been converted into a contemporary studio with all the comforts of a luxury hotel room. Wake up to the birds singing in the trees that completely surround the huge front deck. Take a walk on our trails. Enjoy watching the animals. Take a trip into Cape Charles for restaurants and shopping, then enjoy a movie in the Airstream at night.

This private campsite includes a charming off-grid camper for those that don’t want to entirely detach from modern conveniences. Most vehicles can drive to the site, but low sports cars or luxury vehicles are not recommended. It's an adventurous drive, so expect bumps, scratches, and tight turns! If you do not want to drive, it is a 15 minute walk from the parking lot.

Welcome to Belle Haven Farm and our Tiny Home - Free Parking on site. Enjoy the sights and sounds of a working farm on the grounds of a historic home situated on 18 acres. Cows, sheep, horses, and chickens will greet you as you pull off the beaten path - but still a mere 8 minutes from Exit 126 off I-95 in Fredericksburg, VA.
