Continental breakfast provided for first 2nights of your stay. The Bach is small but big on comfort- hopefully there is everything you need! An outdoor bath & use of our spa. Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. Raumati Bch & shops are a 20min walk or catch a bus -bus stop outside the gate We are a smoke/vape free property. Listed for 4 using pallet couch as double bed. We hope you have a wonderful stay :)

Relax in your separate access bedroom with private bathroom and fall asleep listening to the sounds of the sea. Includes a private spa area in a secluded nook surrounded by mature gardens. Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Jug, toaster, fridge and microwave available, but no kitchen, (due to this fact it’s probably suitable to only short stays!), We are however, very close to numerous takeout places and superb restaurants. We are a two minute drive to the Beach or fifteen minute walk.
