The Bunkhouse at Cottonwood Acres Country Retreat

Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. Also, great snowmobiling opportunities in the winter. Enjoy food and drinks a mile away in Riverside and Encampment.

The Cozy Place

This beautiful, cozy house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from I-80. It has a large fenced backyard, great for letting 4-legged companions stretch their legs. It is visited often by the local wildlife. The living room has a 65" Smart TV and pull out sofa. Each bedroom has a queen bed and 42" Smart TV. It has an oversize bath and shower with heated floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals.

The Uplifts

Our basement apartment is bright with lots of windows and has a beautiful view of the Snowy Range mountains in the distance and is set in a neighborhood, but with nobody able to see into your space. It has been fully renovated and new. We’re looking forward to hosting and suggesting places to go during your stay. We are positive that you will be comfortable in our little apartment because we have tried to put into it everything for your comfort.

Maple Manor

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In a quiet neighborhood. You are two blocks from the local mansions, 6, blocks from the Frontier Prison, 8 blocks from downtown, and one mile from the grocery store. The dog park combined with a skateboard park and playground area, is within walking distance, just two blocks away. The host lives on the same block as Maple Manor if you have any immediate needs.

Enjoy the beautiful views right off of Highway 130 Snowy Range. This cabin is located near Elkhollow Creek nestled in the moss rocks and cedar trees. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful scenery. 11 miles from Saratoga you are in the perfect area to enjoy the country but have the amenities of town close. We recommend 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive in the winter.
