We are located in Rio Frio, TX just up the road from the beautiful Frio River. Relax with the whole family at this charming place to stay. It’s an older cabin that provides a sense of home and a peaceful tranquillity. Sleeps up to 8 people with room for 6 in the main cabin and a detached bedroom/bathroom that sleeps 2 more. Perfect for a couple. Washer/dryer included with super close access to the river (right across the road) and a hillside view with plenty of places for a long walk or hiking. There’s even a man-made jacuzzi nearby! Close proximity to Garner State Park.

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

The 2-bedroom/2-bath cabin, with a 1-bedroom bunk house. The property is at the top of a ridge overlooking the breathtaking Texas Hill Country. Located along Hwy 336, one of the most scenic rides in Texas, the Texas Wheelhouse is a short drive to Garner State Park, Lost Pines Park, and several places to go tubing on the Frio River.

Situated just north of Camp Wood, Texas, this historic home comfortably sleeps 12 , recently remodeled, and promises a serene retreat. A unique riverfront experience with access to the Nueces River. The heart of the house is its large deck - perfect for the stunning Texas sunsets or gathering around the firepit. We also provide kayaks for exploring, tree swings, and hammocks for ultimate relaxation.

La Sandillita on the Frio

La Sandillita’s rustic cabin sits on 5 acres of riverfront on the west prong of the Frio River, 9 miles from Leakey, TX. The cozy cabin has a bunk room,a semi-private loft space with a queen bed,a futon, large couch,and blow up mattresses. Equipped with 2 Roku TVs, WiFi, and the basics. The kitchen essentials supplied and bed and bath linens are provided. If you love venturing off the beaten path, La Sandillita is the perfect spot to unplug, unwind,soak in the Frio, and enjoy nature!

Imagine a couple of days in the Texas Hill Country in a guest house that is totally yours, it is shaded by pecan trees, you have access to one mile of both sides of the river(the Dry Frio). Experience abundant wildlife, migrating birds/ hummingbirds and butterflies, stargaze and be able to hike up Lookout Hill and feel comfortable during your stay at Moriah's Riverwalk. You are within 18 miles of the Concan area. Your stay here at our bunkhouse will be safe, quiet, and peaceful.

The Cozy Cabin @ Whiskey Mountain Great Location!

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

Tiny House on the Frio River

Tiny House on the Frio is a cozy get-away situated in the Frio Canyon on five acres in the spectacular Texas Hill Country and less than 100 yards walking distance to private Frio River frontage. The perfect setting for adult couples only, that want to get away for a peaceful and quiet stay away from the crowds. Located five miles north of Leakey, fifteen minutes from Garner State Park, thirty-six miles away from Lost Maples State Park and 82 miles to Fredricksburg.
