On the corner of 4th and Mary, in the corner of the historic Behrens Warehouse, "The Corner" loft is a vintage appointed 3 bedroom/ 2 bath industrial loft in the heart of the Silo District of downtown Waco. Leisurely walk to Magnolia Market or Spice Village, across the street from the Dr Pepper Museum, upstairs from the popular Fabled Bookshop and Cafe. Less than a mile from Baylor University and two blocks from the McLane Stadium shuttle pick up. Free on-site street parking at the building.

This upper-floor efficiency loft sits in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. The unit features a queen bed, full kitchen, a kitchen table for two, and a glamorous tiled bathroom with a stand-up shower. Styled with Art Deco charm, it’s a cozy “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.

My artist's loft is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. Featuring original artwork, uncommon craftsmanship, and lush greenery, the apartment is the perfect place to escape the big city. Parking is removed from the road and secure.
