Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Perfect place to enjoy fishing, shopping and Clemson football games, Enjoy using the back porch to view the sunrise over lake Hartwell and the wildlife as it pass through. The porch is a nice relaxing cozy place where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while watching the lake glisten.

Gather family or friends for an unforgettable lakeside getaway in a spacious, amenity-loaded lake house in an ultra-private setting. Your group will have a great time on the dock using provided kayaks and paddleboards, fishing, swimming, and more. Bring or rent a boat. Relax on the lakefront screened porch and multiple indoor/outdoor gathering spots. Kids and adults will love watching movies and playing foosball in the game room. Make memories around your choice of beachside or stone firepit.

Peace of Hart Retreat!

This peaceful retreat has everything you need to relax and breathe. It overlooks farmland pastures with wildlife and livestock in all directions. It is 6 miles from downtown Hartwell which hosts many restaurants, a brewer, and many community affairs. It is just a few miles from several lake access points. Plenty of easy maneuvering parking for your boat! This would make a great long term work related stay as well. Sorry, but no pets. Security cameras are on the exterior of home.

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Please respect our pet policy, only service animals.

The Cozy Cottage

This home has a fully equipped kitchen for dining in and a back patio for grilling out. The backyard overlooks a peaceful wooded area, providing a serene and private escape. Our home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Perfect for getaways, football weekends, graduation, and other Clemson University events!

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

Private peaceful getaway on Lake Hartwell yet close to town and restaurants. Whole house on private lake lot. Easy walk to private dock for swimming and laying in the sun. Two Kayaks provided for your fun on the lake. Boat rental is also just minutes away. Cook your own food, get delivery, or five minutes to food and shopping. Fifteen minutes from I-85 and the GA SC state line. Limited to 6 guests. No exceptions.
