The accommodation with independent access from the garden, used by guests for outdoor breakfasts, consists of 2 rooms: the living area for preparing breakfast (no cooker) equipped with: fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, milk warmer, table and sofa; the large double bedroom (16 sqm) with exclusive bathroom. The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed in case of more guests. ATTENTION! NO kitchen, washing machine and TV, not suitable for long stays Possibility of outdoor parking.

L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ha ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

Per chi è di passaggio tra Parma, Mantova, Sabbioneta, Verona , Il Lago di Garda non puo' non soggiornare in un palazzo storico di Casalmaggiore, già convento nel 1600 e vicino all'argine maestro del Po.vi sono 4 appartamenti ( le foto sono di 1 )in completo restauro conservativo prospicenti sul parco del convento con una splendida serie di loggiati da dove godere di un panorama fuori dal tempo e vivere romantiche emozioni nelle stanze con volti ed affreschi incantevoli. Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo in posizione centralissima, nel cuore di Piazza Pomposa. Questa è una prestigiosa residenza affacciata sulla piazza più suggestiva di Modena e sui giardini del museo muratoriano. Grazie agli ampi spazi e ai doppi servizi Loris' House può ospitare fino a sei persone. Avrete anche a disposizione l'ampio terrazzo panoramico comune sul tetto dell'edificio. Avrete un pass gratuito per parcheggiare in centro storico per tutta la durata del vostro soggiorno.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)
