We provide amazing breakfast from our Menu with all good quality ingredients, fresh coffee & selection of teas. We also offer lunch & dinner services upon request for an additional fee.

Free parking, internet and outdoor kitchen included. golf course 2 min drive, It's a waterfront property so children should be with adults/parents and monitored at all times, bring your own life jackets, wear it all times when you are in the water.

Close to Lake Simcoe & walking trails. This is a room in our home with a shared bathroom if second bedroom is rented. Bathroom & kitchenette aren't shared with us. Our home/neighborhood is quiet & perfect for studying, rest & relaxation. In the summer enjoy the backyard deck and our BIG tree.
