Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig und luftig. Dank der vielen Fenster ist sie nicht nur wenn die Sonne scheint lichtdurchflutet und freundlich sondern durch den Holzofen auch kuschlig. Das eine Schlafzimmer ist etwas größer und hat – passend zum Elbsandsteingebirge – dank einer freigelegten alten Sandsteinmauer ein tolles Flair. Das andere ist wunderbar hell. In beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es Leselampen. Das taubenblau und weiß geflieste Bad ist mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Dusche ausgestattet.

Das Appartement bildet mit den andern zusammen "Schöna Urlaub": ein Urlaubsidyll mit viel Platz, einen großen Gartenbereich, im großen Hof können die Autos im Carport parken und auch 2 E-Ladesäulen sind vorhanden.
