Es befindet sich ein großer Spielplatz in 500m Entfernung. Supermarkt und Pizzeria 1km entfernt. Viele kleine Wanderungen bis hin zu schwierigen Tagestouren sind vom Haus aus machbar. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Urig und echt. Unser Tiroler Holzfällerhaus auf 1000 m Seehöhe ist ein sogenanntes Söllhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, innen komplett renoviert und alle sanitären Anlagen inkl. Bodenheizungen in den Bädern neu installiert. Bushaltestelle u. mit Bus/Auto max. 3 min. zum direkten Einstieg zur Gondelbahn Skijuwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau. Nachhaltiger sanfter Wintertourismus aber auch Ski-Action pur. Direkt von der Hütte die Tourenski anschnallen und die Gipfel in den Kitzbüheler Alpen erklimmen.
