Fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, walking/jogging path dog park and amazing views of the Sierras are just a few more bonuses found just outside your back door!

Gorgeous luxury smart cabin complete with gourmet kitchen, extremely large outdoor deck, paved driveway and hot tub. Gas fireplace, mini bar, surround sound, beautiful furnishings, and peeks of the lake make this cabin a true Tahoe gem! Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. From here you can (for FREE!) jump on the bus for a quick ride to Northstar. No costs or parking hassle required!

This exquisite stone cottage, constructed in 1939 using rock sourced from the Tahoe basin, offers a unique blend of historical allure and modern comfort. Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.
