The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

House is on a hill and surrounded by trees. It is a bit cold given the location and how the house was built. Unfortunately our flat is not Children and Pet friendly, and we have zero child safety equipment. We do replace/upgrade things, so you might find something different from the pictures.
