Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Our studio is fully equipped with its own private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, patio and entrance. We're located in Park Boulevard, one block away from Ultimo Trolley beach and Barbosa City Park. Walk or bike to nearby reastaurants, different beaches or even Old San Juan (3mile ride through the bike lane.) We love nature and treat our home as if it was a forest.

You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.
