The apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 persons with a lovely view to the sea and beach, from balcony. The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Located in the city (surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, shops etc) in the middle of a 2.900 m seaside road, ideal for walks and bicycle rides. Everything you may need (banks, children's playgrounds, general hospital etc) is within a radius of 1.500 m. Ideal for families with children. Car not necessary, unless you would like to use the apartment as a base to explore Crete.
