There is a fireplace in the apartment and a sliding door that opens into a beautiful garden. It is located just by the Laugardalur Park the family- and sports park in Reykjavik. I've changed the setup a bit in the living room, nothing serious, just made it more comfortable (re-arranged sofa, projector, shelf etc.).
