Welcome to our beautiful, newly built studio located in a quite and family-friendly neighborhood in Hafnarfjörður, Iceland. Only 15 min drive to downtown Reykjavík and 30 min drive to KEF international airport. Great option for couples or solo travelers (140cm bed). Possible to add baby crib or a bunk bed upon request. Note that the access to the studio is through our garage. We live on the property and are happy to help with local tips – whether it’s hidden gems, restaurants or day trips.

This property is located in the historical part of Hafnarfjordur, in a calm residential area which is less than 10-min walking distance to the city center of Hafnarfjordur. The neighborhood has a unique charm where traditional Icelandic houses have gotten to maintain their original charm encapsulated in lava fields. Staying here you truly get to be one of the locals, tucked away from the more touristy areas. The area gives you a opportunity to view and live amongst some of the oldest buildings.

Cozy and compact studio in residential area downtown Reykjavík. The small studio is within my house, has private entrance but closed off with a sliding door. I live upstairs. Small kitchen unit, refrigerator, water boiler, Nespresso machine (no oven/stove). Big double bed, desk, two chairs and a sofa. Shower room with floor heating. Main shopping street, restaurants, cafés, bars, in- and outdoor swimming pool, museums and other attractions minutes away. Great coffee house & bakery steps away.
