Very peacful place, great location for rest or longer staying.The interior is decorated with modern furniture, and also carefully selected decorative details.There is a fully equipped kitchen with the latest appliances, a comfortable living room, and a modern bathroom. Guests are provided with fast internet, air conditioning, washing mashine, and dishwasher. In special needs of the guests we can add garage for the car (add.fee +10€/night)

Filip Lux Apartman je sasvim nov smestajni objekat, koji se nalazi u mirnom delu Novog Pazara.U okviru našeg apartmana nalaze se dnevna soba sa kuhinjom, koja je u potpunosti opremljena, na raspolaganju su posuđe, ketler, rerna i indukciona ploča. Kupatilo sa podnim grejanjem, koje je opremljeno fenom i peškirima.Takođe, celokupan objekat je klimatizovan. Smart Flat-Screen TV sa kablovskim kanalima, kao i pegla i daska za peglanje su dostupni. Parking je privatan i ne naplaćuje se.

Zdravo, mi smo porodica Gicić iz Novog Pazara. Nas je troje otac Esat, sestra Amina i ja Armin Gicić. Apartmani su potpuno novi i renovirani. Nalaze se na trećem spratu zgrade. Želimo da osetite domaćinsku atmosferu i uživate u svakom trenutku u Novom Pazaru time što će Apartmani Ecco biti vaš kutak i dom u ovom gradu. Uvacki raj se nalazi u netaknutoj prirodi na planini Zlatar u selu Radijevići. Naša oaza mira ima pogled na planine i na Uvačko jezero i planine. U ponudi imamo i domacu hranu, koja se sprema specijalno za Vas. Dodjite i osetite posebnu čar naseg malog raja.
