Au travers de sa fenêtre penchée, vous vous sentirez en pleine nature même à l'intérieur ! Un véritable coin de paradis pour se ressourcer et/ou pratiquer des activités de plein air (vélo, vtt, randonnée pédestre, trail...). Commerce alimentaire au centre du village à 10 min à pied. Gîte de 35m2 avec jardin et vue imprenable sur les flancs sud du Vercors. A deux pas du centre ville de Die (500 m par la passerelle piétonne), en bord de rivière, vous êtes à la campagne et à la ville ! En rez-de-jardin de notre maison, nos entrées sont opposées : vous êtes tranquilles, mais nous sommes là si besoin. Vous y trouverez livres et films réalisés ici et ailleurs, et des oeuvres d'art aux murs : nous sommes aussi éditeurs... Gîte écolo (phytoépuration, jardin bio, poules, récup...)

Notre petit chalet cosy avec jacuzzi vous offre un séjour détente pour 2 ou pour toute la famille. Chalet en madrier de 60 m2 construit en 2021. Vue imprenable sur Belledonne. Endroit calme avec de nombreux départs de randonnées et autre activités sportives (VTT, parapente, escalade, canyon, spéléo,ski...) Spa privé en libre accès. Chauffé toute l'année à 37°. Poêle a bois avec bûches à disposition. A 10 min en voiture de la petite station familiale du col de Marcieu. 40 min des 7 Laux.

Suitable for those who want to explore the Roero, Langhe & Monferrato hills, enjoy being in nature, walking or cycling. We are within 10mins of Govone Castle and 20-25 mins from the larger towns of Asti and Alba, where the famous international truffle fair is held. Many beautiful small towns to visit including Barolo and Barbaresco.

Panoramic house with private spa - Roncaglia Suite

Charming Holiday Home with private spa located in Laghe and Roero, an oasis of real relaxation where you will therefore be the only guests. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

Humble in size but independent and equipped with all the amenities you need, incl. private kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed for two. The town Villar Pellice is three kilometres away. The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the small private garden.
