This historic home built in the late 1800's was one of the finest homes built in the Sevier Valley. Over the years it has been lovingly maintained, and recently renovated and upgraded. Today, it still has original hardwood floors, detailed wood work, and inset windows highlighting its 18 inch thick walls. All furniture is updated, each mattress is a new memory foam mattress that will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and smart flat screen TVs allow for remote work or entertainment.

Our home is close to Fish Lake, Pando, Manti Temple, Richfield's Sevier Valley Events Center, Blackhawk arena, and the "Mighty 5 National Parks". These National Parks include Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon, Zions, Arches and Capitol Reef. We are known for our amazing ATV trails (Piute Trail) as well as hunting and fishing. Salina is a hub connecting 1-70, 89, and 50 from I-15!

The Mustard house offers a quiet spot centrally located in Richfield. You will be able to enjoy easy access to the best local restaurants, event centers as well the scenic mountain trail system. This area has some of the best kept secret Mt. Biking and Off-Road riding in Central Utah. The home itself is a uniquely built heritage home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, a covered patio with its own sitting and dinning table, as well as a half court basketball hoop.

Wildland Gardens House w/Hot Tub

The main house sits on our 10 acre boutique farm/camp, Wildland Gardens. Our unique home has 2 bedrooms & a common area sleeping space. We have a total of 1 King and 3 Queen beds. It is convenient, relaxing & beautiful; a perfect stop while traveling cross-country or visiting Utah's Big 5 National Parks. Hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, ATV trails and Mystic Hot Springs are nearby. We have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Guests have private access to our Hot tub and patio.

The Garden House

This fully remodeled home 1 block off Main Street Richfield is in walking distance to 2 parks, the city pool, restaurants and some of the best hiking, biking and running trails in Utah. Enjoy family time in the backyard with several gardens, porch, dining area, firepit, tree house and playground. Downstairs you'll find the master suite with a California King bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. Upstairs there are two smaller bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with one.

Fillmore Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Fillmore is located right off I-15 in central Utah. Less than 15 minutes from canyon, Meadow hot springs, Paiute ATV trails, and lava tubes. 30 minutes from historic Cove Fort. Less than 3 hours from Bryce Canyon, Zions National Park, Arches National Park. Brian Head and Eagle Point ski resorts are 1.5 hours away. Or simply relax in this comfortable home while watching movies or playing games with your family. Plenty of room.

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.
