Everything you need in this newly remodeled one bedroom/one bath home, located in the quiet downtown of Iona. It's a private oasis for both business & travel. Our home is across the street from the city park that features; a walking path, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, & children's playground. Its 6 miles north-east of Idaho Falls, and close to Highways 20, 26 and I-15. This unique space features a self-check-in key pad, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

It is only 15 minutes from BYU Idaho and an hour and a half away from Yellowstone National Park. Included in your stay is a washer/dryer combo, a projector, Starlink WiFi and more. In the winter you can drive 45 minutes to get to the Grand Targhee Ski resort. The resort has amazing powder to ski on in the winter and incredible scenic hikes to discover in the fall and summer. This tiny house is perfect for 2 people. Brand new 500 square feet of comfy country living.

Hanks Cabin...your fishing and vacation home

Hanks Cabin is named after our great, great, great grandfather, Ephraim Hanks. We built this cabin in 2018 as a tribute to his life. The cabin is full of family history, antiques and furnishings. Whether you are fishing on the famous south fork of the snake river, traveling our beautiful area which includes Yellowstone park, Jackson Hole, or Grand Teton National Park. Westside guest house. Light-bright- not a basement

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a couch that we don’t mind a person sleeping on. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We allow 1 dog but … see below.

Beautiful, private loft in historic home!

Enjoy the quaint, quiet and walkable neighborhood of the numbered streets of Idaho Falls while staying at our well appointed loft. The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this cozy 1-bedroom cottage, with downtown Idaho Falls just ten minutes away. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.
