T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Tiny House @ TinyHouseFamily

Our tiny house is beautifully appointed with everything you need to live (and work!) in luxury two miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and two miles from downtown Floyd, VA. Sleep soundly on the queen sized mattress topped with 4" memory foam. Cook your gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen—(we provide welcome mini loaf, organic coffee, half and half, sugar, rolled oats, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.) Spend the evening enjoying a campfire or relax on the porch swing.

The Radford Dwelling

You will be centrally located to local attractions within Radford, along with Radford University and Virginia Tech. The Radford Dwelling is one block from the local walking/biking trails that take you through many parts of Radford including Wildwood Park, Bisset Park and down to Radford University. The Radford Dwelling is located on a dead end street with ample parking. Enjoy outdoor seating, an upstairs living room or a downstairs family room while you are visiting.

Laurel Branch Cottage

The Laurel Branch Cottage is charming and ideally located near the Town of Floyd and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The cottage is surrounded by scenic family farms and near the West Fork of the Little River. Also, we are approximately 35 miles (45 min.) from Virginia Tech. The cottage includes a kitchen, bathroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, bedroom with spacious closet and queen bed, and an upstairs bedroom (outside stair access only) with another full bed.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Only a few minutes off I-81, 10 minutes to Radford University and 20 minutes to Virginia Tech. The historic Farmer’s Supply building is one of the oldest buildings in Floyd. Located in the heart of Downtown Floyd, the family owned and operated Farmer's Supply building has recently been brought back to life and houses two commercial tenants and boutique units, known as The Farmer's Supply. With the addition of local photography and art, we hope to keep the local culture at the center of our guests' experience.
