It can sleep up to 4 with a queen mattress in the bedroom and the dining table converts to a full sized bed. Fully equipped with a dining table, kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. Our 4+ acre property on the Chama River is shared with the property owners and other guests/tenants. We also have Chickens, Geese, Cats and Dogs that live here.

This area is full of fascinating history and amazing natural geological/ancient places to hike into. Full moon nights and dark sky star watching is almost taken for granted here. We will be happy to lend you our hotspot for your use when you are visiting.
