Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Nei grandi spazi esterni una vasca idromassaggio realizzata con le pietre di granito della zona, amache, lettini ed un percorso all'interno della proprietà che si snocciola in mezzo a lecci secolari. The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. La Torre sopra il mare

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.
