La Chataigne - family friendly gite with pool

Les Coumayres consists of four unique, newly renovated gites. La Chataigne is at the front of the house with one more gite and the owners home. Behind the house are two larger gites. We also have a Glamping site with two unique domes, located a couple of minutes walk. Relax by the heated pool whilst your children play in the pool, play ping pong or have fun in the playground. There is plenty of space for everyone and each gite has their own private terrace with outdoor sofa and dining for four.

L'éco-gîte se trouve en pleine nature au cœur de 4 ha nichés au bord de la rivière et dispose d'une piscine naturelle couverte partagée (mi-Mai à mi-Septembre), d'une terrasse et de jeux pour les enfants. La maison offre une pièce principale avec large cuisine, une chambre pour 2, une mezzanine douillette avec 2 lits simples. Nous sommes vignerons en biodynamie. Proximité de Minerve, Canal du Midi, Gorge d'Héric, Carcassonne...Un lieu de paix et de ressourcement. A partir de 7 nuitées l'été.

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Both our gites (Le Petit Duc & Le Grand Duc) are in the secluded & tranquil hamlet of La Roueyre which is surrounded by beautiful landscape, vineyards and wildlife. We are only a few km. from wonderful markets, restaurants, wineries, historic towns & the Canal du Midi. Perfect for hiking, biking, riding, wildlife, & relaxing by the pool.

Vous aimez le calme et la nature, alors vous êtes au bon endroit, en effet la route s’achève au gîte. Au-delà, les chemins serpentent dans la pinède et les collines parmi les capitelles. Vous pourrez les découvrir à pied, en VTT avec ou sans pique-nique. Le gîte se situe dans un domaine viticole que vous pourrez visiter. Ancienne écurie du domaine, ce gîte indépendant, climatisé, bénéficie d’une terrasse avec pergola et nous mettons à votre disposition, notre piscine (7.2 m x 3.7m).

Elle peut accueillir jusqu’à quatre personnes et donne un accès direct à la piscine. Entièrement refaite et climatisée avec une petite cuisine toute équipée. Salle de bain avec baignoire en îlot. Places de parking dans la propriété avec possibilité de charger ponctuellement un véhicule électrique.
