At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

Goditi la natura a 400 metri dalla piazza centrale di Ascoli. Arriverai in centro con una passeggiata. Casa con giardino che affaccia sul fiume e sulla Cartiera Papale. Luogo tranquillo e pieno di pace. Verrai accolto dal calore dell'ambiente rustico di una tipica casa italiana, costruita da mio nonno nel 1922, con muratura in pietra a vista.
