Etwa 90 Höhenmeter über dem Gardasee, dieser ist ca. 450 Meter Luftlinie entfernt. Die Ortsmitte von Gargnano erreicht man über einen 300 Jahre alten, wunderschönen Wanderweg (ca. 1,4 km), oder in 8 min mit dem Auto. Das Haus wurde liebevoll restauriert. Der Garten ist uneinsehbar, steht zur exklusiven Nutzung zur Verfügung und lädt an vielen Plätzen zum Verweilen ein.

The Villa is surrounded by a private garden where you can relax, eat together, or sunbathe. Guests can park their car in a private parking space and their bicycles in a private storage room.

La nostra villa di circa 135 mq. si trova su un unico piano, é dotata di 3 camere da letto, due bagni con doccia (di cui uno anche per disabili), una luminosa cucina e un ampio salone con divano-letto che affacciano su due ampie terrazze. Garage con un altro bagno e un grande giardino con barbecue. La tassa di soggiorno è da pagarsi in loco ed è un costo extra di E. 2,80 al giorno sia per adulto che bimbo oltre i 14 anni (oltre il settimo giorno gratuita).

The penthouse villa with 5 rooms (150 m²), private garden and private pool was recently renovated and furnished by an italian interior designer. The property is located on the hillside in the exclusive neighborhood "Localitá Piazze". The villa is idyllically and quietly situated in scenic setting and comes with a completely private garden and pool with breathtaking view over Lake Garda. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the house.
