Perfectly appointed in every way, this stylish loft style studio is the ideal getaway to relax & rejuvenate or explore the beautiful beaches and countryside of the South Hams. It is a private, self-contained space Complete with shower room, wc & sink. Kitchenette: Fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle & toaster. WIFI & Smart TV, & outside terrace with sea glimpses. There is a small sofa/sofabed (not suitable for adults to sleep on).

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. The Coop is a luxurious, compact double en-suite room located just 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Dartmouth. It features a super comfy bed, stunning wet room, honesty bar & access via a shared porch for easy self check in. Whilst the coop is a small double, it is perfect for light travellers looking for a bolt hole to explore the area. There is free on street parking available nearby and the town centre is an easy walk down the hill, but we would recommend a taxi or bus back up!!

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.
