Ruby Rose is the perfect off-grid glamping getaway-a unique fully-equipped converted horse lorry in its own field on a smallholding near Totnes.Although completely off-grid,it has every home comfort,including wi-fi,TV,gas cooker,fridge/freezer,hot-air heating and modern compost loo and shower. Decking areas, outside the living space and bedroom give wonderful views of the countryside. You have sole use of the whole field with al fresco dining area,barbecue, swings,table tennis and its own hens!

No need for a car, this spacious retreat is only a five-minute walk from the town center and the iconic river Dart with its walks to Sharpham and Dartington estates.

In a quiet corner of a tree-lined field close to our own private fishing lake called Venton Trout Lakes, Our woodsman's hut will give you the chance to get away from it all. It has its own private toilet and shower facilities in separate huts adjacent to the main cabin accessed by a pathway. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave, induction hob, gas hob & BBQ for outdoors, cutlery, small coolbox, crockery, cooking utensils, bedding and towels.

The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

Our newly built Shepherd's Hut is self-contained in its own plot at the end of our back garden with direct, private access down a path alongside our property. The hut lies on the fringes of Totnes, in a secluded location with views across fields towards Haytor. A welcome breakfast of bread and cereals is provided on arrival, with tea and coffee available. We are always available should you need tips on where to go or can leave you to discover and enjoy this area entirely on your own.
