Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Situated in a coastal position, our 13 acres is surrounded by other farmland. Now semi-retired, we offer accommodation to visitors to the Isle of Sheppey which is an island in North Kent and has good road links with 2 bridges connecting us to the mainland. This holiday home has parking outside & guests are welcome to use all grounds to walk, look at the animals or just relax. There is a fixed barbecue & tables in the courtyard and a large fish pond nearby.

We are only a 10 minute drive into Whitstable & Faversham & an approximate 15 minute drive into the historic city of Canterbury. Seasalter & Whitstable Beaches are also just a 10-15 minute drive away. During the week the local bus runs into both Whitstable & Faversham and Taxis are readily available from either town.

Woodlands Annexe is a lovely self contained apartment in Bexhill on Sea. It has a free, off road dedicated parking space, its own outside decked seating area and a fully equipped kitchenette. It’s an 8 to 10 minute walk to the nearest shops and a 5 minute drive to the town centre and the beach. There is a large screen tv with Netflix, electric heaters, a throw & hot water bottle for when it’s chilly and a ceiling fan for warm summer nights.
