This picturesque cottage sits right on Lake Nippising. Wake up early to watch the sunrise over beautiful Callander Bay. Located at the end of a private driveway, the cottage features an open concept kitchen, living and dining area, as well as 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The large windows overlooking the lake provide a scenic view as well as natural light throughout the day. A short drive to groceries, restaurants, playground/splash pad, snowmobiling and snowshoeing trails for nature lovers!

Bos Manor Off Grid Cabin at Camp Blaze Retreat

A quiet and peaceful A-frame cabin where you can unplug and reconnect. An off-grid solar-powered eco-friendly cabin on 91 acres of land 4 hours of Toronto with 8 km of private trails with forested areas, open clearings, beaver pond and an abundance of wildlife including beavers, various species of birds, deer, moose and so much more. The cabin is adjacent to crown land and hiking, biking and snowmobile trails with nearby lakes. The property is 1.5 hours from the Killarney trails.

The Upper Deck

Come enjoy the sights and sounds of nature on a unique little peninsula! This large, newly renovated guest suite, is located over a detached garage and overlooks world renowned lake Nipissing. Take a walk around the property and watch he wildlife on the river, sit on the dock and enjoy the spectacular views, enjoy a steaming hot sauna then roast marshmallows by the fire. Al and I live in the main house on the property and are here if you need anything or have any questions.

LakeFront Loft (Snowmobiles Welcome)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Waterfront Loft. Modern and updated 2 bedroom loft. Take in the beautiful view from the second storey deck where you will find a barbecue and plenty of seating. This place is great for a family to escape for a weekend or to have a relaxing week. We are equipped with baby gear to make things easier for little ones. The lake has direct access to OFSC trails. Ask about snowmobile arrival packages. Or ice fishing amenities.

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. We also have a driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles. We look forward to hosting you and will be nearby if you need anything. Our short-term license number is 2023-5410.

The Hydro House Cabin

Welcome to Pine Falls Lodge, nestled on a beautiful site between two lakes on the historic Chiniguchi River waterway. There is a shared sauna and a growing network of hiking/snowshoeing trails. The turbines below the cabin lull you to sleep with the 24/7 white noise they generate. There is a heated shower off the lodge for use from November to April. Cozy Cabin on Lake Nipissing

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
