The Sheep Pen @ Nantygwreiddyn Barns

Reconnect with nature and enjoy the spectacular views from our hill farm in the Black Mountains. The historic stone barn has been sympathetically converted into two adjoining cottages. The Sheep Pen, a double bedroom with a double sofa bed downstairs and The Byre, with two double bedrooms. Fully self contained with kitchen areas, internet, smart TVs, handy USB sockets in all rooms and bedding and towels provided. Guests have access to our 60 acres of land where we keep rare breed sheep and deer.

Ideal base for exploring the Wye Valley, Brecon Beacons National Park, and the Black Mountains.

Originally built in 1623, this former public house is wonderfully situated between the heart of town and the banks of the River Wye. The house is ideally placed on Church Street, with views of the church and open countryside at the rear, yet is only a short walk from the centre of town. The path leading down to the River Wye is close by. The house has its own private garden. Meet and Greet or self check in with key safe. Guests can choose which option best suits their needs. Ty-Nesa, a holiday cottage near Hay-on-Wye

Ty-Nesa means ‘the next house’ in Welsh. It is a small cottage, approximately 200 years old, located in the hills four miles from Hay-on-Wye. It has stunning views of the Black Mountains and across Herefordshire, with the Malvern Hills visible in the distance on a clear day. The cottage provides the perfect base for exploring Hay-on-Wye and the surrounding area.
