The open-plan studio is on a pedestrian-only path (less than 1-min walk from parking) 🚗 Please note 📝our home office is next door, & we work from home most days. The garden is technically shared, but we rarely use it. Roaming the garden is our super-friendly dog. She’s great with everyone & other dogs.🐶

The property is only 35 mins walk to the centre of the city centre and the millennium stadium.
