Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Close to Gibsons (5min), Sechelt (15min) and the quaint Roberts Creek Village, home of the famous Gumboot Cafe. Quiet, relaxing and peaceful. This well appointed cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay. **Please vote that the BBQ has been put away for the winter season.
