Need more room? Reserve "The Barndominium" or "The RV Hookup" , "Room 1 or 2" as well for a shared stay with friends or family. This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

The house is right off I35 and in an older Neighborhood but a quiet one. This is a duplex so it shares the parking garage that fits 2 cars or trucks. Baylor and Magnolia are 5min from the house, 10min to the Extraco Event center. 17min to BSR. 5min or less to restaurants (including magnolia table) and grocery store. note- the house floor is uneven due to foundation problems, but otherwise in working condition.
