The closest free car park is located at less than 10 minutes walk. Please note that to reach the house you need to walk a fairly steep street: it may not be ideal for those with mobility problems.

We are a small farm with a family-run farm on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. The old farmhouse in which we live with our children are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with a splendid view of Montepulciano. Il cottage ristrutturato in tufo, immerso nel verde, è situato al crocevia tra Umbria, Lazio e Toscana, a pochi minuti dal lago di Bolsena e a circa un'ora dal mare. A poco più di mezz'ora d'auto ci sono i più famosi stabilimenti termali d'Italia, come Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, Sorano e le Terme dei Papi a Viterbo, ideali anche in pieno inverno. Per turismo culturale e riposo.
