This is an owner operated cottage, no seedy management op. Airbnb automatically categorizes us as a "lake front" property but it is more of a "lake view" property. No direct lake access, but you can see it from the patio.

We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.

Our place is in a small neighborhood ( 72 homes) with side walks. The Rochester airport is East of us and about three miles away, Robert Wesleyan, RIT, and U of R are about five miles away. WE DO NOT HOST GUEST THAT LIVE LOCALLY. You can always inquire for special request or situations for exceptions.
