Bed & Breakfast at Reynolds Farm Guesthouse

Alongside our self-catering cottages we have now added our bed and breakfast guest rooms to Airbnb. Located in the garden of England but only minutes away from numerous beaches, not to mention the short drive to the beautiful and historic city of Canterbury. We currently have two, newly refurbished, en-suite double rooms available, each are on the first floor, have TVs, tea/coffee making facilities and views over the garden and adjacent fields. Full breakfast served in the conservatory.

Rail to London 36 mins, Bluewater 15 mins drive, Kent coast 45 minutes. Continental breakfast provided (cereals, milk, bread, toaster, spreads) can be taken in sunny farm house style kitchen or garden.

Guest Room 2 The Layer Fox

We have four cosy rooms located to the back of The Layer Fox, a grade 2 listed pub offering fantastic food and beer all year round. All rooms can be made into doubles, twins or singles and all have separate walk in wet rooms. We have 1 easy access room with a slope to the door and shower seat and one family room offering a smaller put-you-up bed for small children. Well behaved dogs are allowed Travel cot available on request Breakfast not included, can be added for an additional £12.50

Southend Airport Bed and Breakfast

This is a NO SMOKING property. Our rooms are clean and fresh smelling with beautiful bed linen side lamps, double beds with memory foam toppers. Black out blinds, double glazed windows. T.V, views over Southend Airport Tea and coffee facilities, water bottles, bath towels, Free WiFi No hot take-away food is permitted in our rooms, we do not have a dining area for bought food. Lovely Breakfast room to enjoy a continental style breakfast at £7.50 pp We require £50 deposit on arrival.

Distance from Chelmsford city is a 20 minute walk, 5 minute drive & buses run regularly from the end of the road. London Liverpool Street is a 25 minute train journey.

Danbury Cottage

Two bedrooms available, one double with King size bed and one single room with own shared bathroom. I serve you continental breakfast included free of charge between 7.30 and 9.00am on request. It is possible to put a temporary bed in the single room. It would be a bit limiting but we will do this on request foc. The kitchen is not available to guests. The dining room can be used with a microwave for hot food. There is a small fridge and tea making facilities in large bedroom.
