No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.

The cabin is 7 miles north of Watkins Glen, on the Wine Trail, enjoy a getaway steeped in rich history, offering delightful cuisine, unique shops, and scenic strolls.

Stay out underneath the stars in this lovely off grid cabin in nature! It’s a one room cabin with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa that has a queen size mattress if you need a extra bed. There is no running water, however a portable restroom is at the cabin. 12V lighting and USB ports for charging phones. Enjoy the scenic views from the outdoor fire pit or screened in porch! With amazing views of Seneca Lake, the Cottage at Glenora is going to be your new favorite home away from home. Once a child's playhouse, the large cottage sits on 5 acres and overlooks the Glenora cliffs, the cottage is ready to welcome you for years to come. Historic but updated with the creature comforts you desire. The entire estate is a restoration in progress. We will always notify guests if any work on the main house, well in advance.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is a peaceful relaxing place. You can see the train go past across the meadow in which you will see horses or cows. You can also hear a rooster crowing his hearty good morning as you wake up on the patio with a cup of coffee. After spending a day out sight seeing or hiking the Watkins glen gorge, you can relax in the hot tub or around the fire pit. Fire wood is provided.
