Come stay in Lexington’s favorite historic neighborhood. Park your car & explore Lexington on foot. In just a short walk you can be to all of Lexington’s shopping, restaurants and both VMI and Washington & Lee colleges. Enjoy a coffee or glass of wine on the side porch & watch the Lexington horse carriage tour go by. Enjoy a nature hike along the nearby Woods creek or Chessie trail. We are a great central landing spot for all of your Rockbridge County exploration.

Suite 4 of the Good Place Farms Bed and Breakfast Upper Barn. This private 2 Queen Bedroom 1 Bath suite comes complete with its own living room and kitchen. The wrap around decks lend very nicely to the breathtaking views. Great accommodations for couples traveling with friends or parents needing an extra room for the kids. Hiker's Hideaway in a Rustic Grist Mill Inn

The Hiker's Hideway, a room with a private bathroom overlooks the Mill's massive Fritz water wheel. It is furnished with a king bed, sitting area, smart TV (complimentary YouTube TV), usb chargers, free coffee, tea, water, and access to free WiFi. Linens and toiletries are provided. Please note this suite is NOT pet friendly. The cabin is our only pet-friendly option. The suite is also on the 2nd floor up the original (steep) stairs of the Mill house.
