This is a clean, large sunny studio apartment in the Alcoa/Maryville area. The apartment is totally private. There is a locked door between the units, and you have your own entrance. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed. Full size pull out couch and single size air mattress An efficiency kitchen. Large bathroom. Fenced in private yard and patio. The house is in a desirable part of town with paved trails and park close to the house. McGee Tyson airport ( 1.3 miles). Close to everything.

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).
