XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

We are within minutes of hiking trails, War Eagle Mill, Hobbs State Park and 20 minutes from Rogers.

Garage has pool/ ping pong table, bike work stand with tools.
