With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. Our house has a self contained guest house situated on a 4ha (10 acre) lifestyle block offering you a quiet and peaceful location. It has a comfortable queen size bed with separate ensuite, kitchen and lounge. We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. We are located 12 minutes from Christchurch CBD, near Prebbleton and 15 minutes to the airport.

The Motorway access is very close that allows you a quick route into Christchurch or travel to the north or south.
