Casa Castello - Lakefront Apartment

Recently renovated apartment in the historic center of Cannobio, situated along the lake-front of Lago Maggiore, just a few meters from the water. The apartment is distributed over three levels, and includes two independent bedrooms (one with a balcony of its own), two baths, dining room with kitchen and fireplace, and a double-height living room with rustic beams, an elegant corner fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment is fully furnished, with usual kitchen accessories, dish-washer, clothes-washer, vacuum cleaner, and TV with DVD/CD player. Upon request, sheets and towels may be furnished for a modest charge. Within meters begins a choice between numerous restaurants, trattorie, wine bars, and ice-cream shops. There is a supermarket within five minutes walk, and a large street market every Sunday morning. Also within five minutes walk is the Embarcadero, where it is possible to take boat excursions to a variety of tourist attractions on Lago Maggiore, both in Italy and Switzerland. Cannobio’s nearby Lido offers sunbathing and swimming, with possibilities of various aquatic sports including courses for wind surf and sailing. Adjacent to the Lido are other non-aquatic sports opportunities such as tennis, volleyball, and rental of bicycles or scooters. 200 meters from the apartment begins the bicycle trail that follows the course of the river Canobino, up the valley to the Orrido di Sant’Anna. The mountains in the Cannobina Valley offer various possibilities for excursions, with a network of well-marked trails connecting rustic stone villages along the valley, and reaching Switzerland on the north and the Parco Nazionale della Valgrande on the south, which is a wilderness area with characteristic plants, animals, and historic memories. The apartment will provide basic information on Cannobio, the Canobina Valley, and its network of trails.

Duplex on the Lake

Our 'Duplex' in the old town of Vevey can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 2 small children. On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.

Ce logement de 30 m2 habitable (+ 16 m2 de mezzanine) unique en centre Annecy est proche à la fois de la gare (600m -8mn à pied) et du Lac (450m-6mn à pied) dans une rue piétonne très calme. Entièrement rénové, le bois, le verre et le fer sauront vous charmer comme la terrasse ensoleillée côté cour intérieure. Une mezzanine avec un lit une personne permet d'accueillir un troisième voyageur ni trop jeune ni trop âgé (échelle de meunier).

Bonjour, Bienvenue à Bernex, village dynamique de Haute-Savoie. Vous pourrez profiter de la station de ski en hiver ou des randonnées en été mais également de nombreuses activités tout au long de l'année (visite de la distillerie, dégustation de fondue en igloo, patinoire plein air...). A seulement 15 min d'Evian et 20 min de Thonon. Le logement est en centre-ville, au calme dans une impasse. Accès à la station par un petit-train.
