Both of the rooms are available to rent individually or may be rented together. The larger of the two rooms has a double bed and is suitable for two people sharing. The other room is suitable for one person only. If you rent both rooms for a total of three people then you will have exclusive use of the kitchen and the bathroom. If however, you rent only either the double or the single room then the remaining room may be let to another guest and you will then share the kitchen and the bathroom facilities with that other guest.

It was okay, Bea wasn't there when we arrived and the other people staying were playing loud music. Our room had old beer cans in it and dirty towels but Bea said the traffic was bad so it's not her fault. The shelf labelled ours in the fridge was taken and the others staying at the flat had a constant flow of laundry so we could never clean our clothes for the week we stayed, we told Bea this but nothing was done. Not the cleanest flat but it was acceptable for the price, all in all I would recommend.
