20-minute walk! With space for the entire family, our house is the perfect place to enjoy your Disney family vacation. Enjoy your own private gated pool and watch the fireworks from the back of the yard - your time at Magicway House is sure to create magical memories for the entire family!

ATTENTION DEAR GUESTS: Please read our house rules and city requirement before requesting to book, this house might not be the one you are looking for.

Our home is located in a very quiet family-oriented neighborhood. Any type of parties and gathering are NOT allowed in our home. If you are looking to have a gathering that is more than the occupancy limit of the house, play music, or loud noise outside at any time or do anything that could disturb our neighbor, this is not the right home for you.

Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar.

CITY RULES & REQUIREMENTS:

*15% - City of Anaheim Transient Occupancy Tax - TOT-not included in the quote and must be collected separately after we accept the reservation.

*Max Occupancy - 9 individuals including infants and daytime visitors

*Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights

*Min age to book our properties is 25 years old or older.

*City mandated "Quiet Hours” FROM 9:30 pm - 9 am. Outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, patio, front or rear yards, etc) are off-limits during this time, loud music or noise is NOT allowed outside at any time, and NOT allowed inside during quiet hours.

*Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX in driveway must not block the sidewalk and 2 Vehicles in the garage. And NO street parking is allowed.

*Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after they book.

*All reservations are subject to an additional $500 STR Rules Deposit. The STR Rules deposit is fully refundable for reservations that follow all rules and regulations.

*Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back-yard area.

*NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana, or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and all costs associated with smoke remediation (very expensive).

*Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

**Optional Pool Heating or Spa Heating**
Pool - Additional costs apply for heating.

For pool heating,guests are required to let us know at least 24-48 hours prior to the arrival date.

From your first inquiry, throughout your planning and during your stay with us, we are available to assist in making your vacation truly memorable and comfortable!

We are usually near the property around check in time and would like to greet you and answer any questions you might have. If you arrive later, you can call us with any questions and we will meet with you at a later time. Arrival after 10:00 PM must be requested as exceptions.

All three of us (Randy, Nancy, and Rick) carry our cell phones at all times. We have a central number that rings all three of us at the same time so that you can be sure to get one of us.

Our house keeping service company is also near by in case additional services are required.
