A kiadó hely
It's filled with natural light and allows a great breeze to run through. Screens on all our doors and windows to allow that breeze in while keeping mosquitos out! We're not in the middle of town so it can be pretty quiet especially on the weekdays. On the weekends of course the crazy crab bar can get loud but they usually pick either Saturday or Sunday not both unless it's holiday season. It's a very traditional Nicaraguan neighborhood where people will sit out on the side walks to feel the breeze and the kids play marbles and stick ball in the street. It hasn't lost any of its culture over the years even with all the tourism SJDS has picked up.

As we are out of the country we've left our house in the care of family. Some of them live next door and others nearby.
Our house is considered to be located within town but it's a pretty quiet area. We live within close proximity of our neighbors, so while it's not as loud as being in the center of town, it's not like living in a secluded mountain cabin either.
We ask that you respect our things and house as if they were yours. Please no smoking in the house. Back patio area and front parking area are fine.
Electricity is extremely expensive in Nicaragua. We ask that you're conscious of your energy consumption.
