close to all the amenities of haiku town including: restaurants, food trucks, the temple of peace, sushi and a 15 minute drive to Paia beach town. You’ll love my place becauseof the tranquility and peace of this land. Although it is close to town it is off the main road and very quiet yet very close to all that you could need and desire.

The space gets the most light of all the rooms in the house. It is the smaller room and shelving is available for you to place your things. The bed is perfect for 1 person or 2 small people. It is a full but seems smaller in the space so i might upgrade to a queen in the next few weeks and will edit this description. There is a shared bathroom for this room.
you will have access to your room and all the common areas including the large and open kitchen, living room and bathroom…as well as all the acres of land where the house resides.

You can socialize if you'd like but don't have to if you'd like to have quiet and privacy.

Please know that the jungle is not for the faint at heart…this home is on private land in the jungle and mud, rain and bugs are around. You most likely will encounter bugs at our home.... they are a force in the jungle and we do our best to keep the house clean to prevent them but we don't have control over them.... So if your afraid of bugs please don't stay with us. If you want to have an unauthentic Hawaiian experience there are many ready made hotels where you can have a fully sprayed bug free time- but not in the haiku jungle. Sorry if this seems harsh but I don't think people are reading this statement before they make a reservation. Consider yourself fair warned! This is authentic hawaii for those adventurous souls who love nature ;)
- mosquitos are very common in the Jungle so be prepared for them. I can supply some natural repellant but limiting your time outside at dusk will also help
-The jungle attracts many bugs. Often after heavy rains they are around more then usual. Bugs like ants, cockroaches and spiders are around- The house is kept super clean for preventative measures but they are an unstoppable force so I highly recommend that people are mindful of cleaning up after themselves and not keeping food that is open out. There will be fridge space offered. You can always store unopened food in cabinet or in jars.
- I do like to keep a vegetarian/vegan home so please no animal meat allowed. you are welcome to enjoy all your desires of food nearby;)
-Please remove shoes before entering house, this is a hawaiian custom and better to prevent mud from coming inside.
