Relax in style in a professionally decorated and remodeled home. Feel at home with all the charm it has to offer: craftsman details, hardwood floors, stunning original woodwork, fireplace (inoperable), built-ins, and french doors. This home is used specifically for guests and has been created with your needs in mind. The backyard is available to use, and directly behind the property is a playground, open green space, and tennis and basketball courts. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals including a farmhouse sink, glass cooktop, stainless appliances and double ovens. If you prefer to eat out, there are plenty of options near UD's campus (I'm always happy to give suggestions!).
This home is one-story. Currently the attic and basement are closed, but arrangements may be made for those needing to do laundry in the basement laundry room (please let us know ahead of time). Free street parking is available.
