New studio above garage in Old Town Rock Hill. Less than a mile from Winthrop University in one of Rock Hill's most desired neighborhoods. Oak lined streets with friendly neighbors. Just two blocks from Winthrop's beautiful lake.
Less than two miles from downtown dining, breweries, shopping, and children's museum. Within walking distance to Glencairn Gardens and children's park/playground.
Coffee, tea, & pastries available for breakfast.

A hely
Decor is light and airy with basic essentials. Cozy furnishings with a double bed, couch, recliner, and dining table. A coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave are provided. There is not a stove top or kitchen sink; therefore, the studio is not conducive for long term stays. Perfect space for two adults. There is plenty of room in the studio if you want to bring a sleeping bag or air mattress for a small child. However, if your party has more than two adults, or if you are a family of four or more, other Airbnb properties would be better suited for you. Please bare in mind there is a flight of stairs to enter the studio. Guests are welcome to use the charcoal grill. Charcoal is not provided. The neighborhood is friendly and is a beautiful setting for walking/running.

Lovely established neighborhood with 200 year old oaks, plenty of dogwoods, and mid century homes. Nestled in a convenient area of town within walking distance of food establishments, breweries, coffee shops, convenient stores, Pharmacies, EarthFare, Winthrop University, and parks.

Our family was a superhost for an Airbnb in downtown Rock Hill for many years. I am a big fan of the Airbnb community. It’s my first choice when traveling. I LOVE to travel.

On a more down to earth level, I am a lover of diversity in all areas: food, culture, people, locations, etc. I enjoy new experiences and new people. However, I also appreciate the beauty in history, tradition, and familiarity.
