Bieke. Re your review (which was mostly written in the private section and can’t be seen by the public): the carpets were professionally cleaned throughout the flat in April. They are white carpets in a rental property (not a great idea), and although they are generally in good condition, they are quite stained in places (near the kitchen, and at the front of the sofa). I have done my best to cover that with rugs. You have said that the bed linen was not clean. That is completely ridiculous. The light coloured bed linen is totally fresh, always, as are the towels. They are brand new, good quality, bought especially for this short period doing Airbnb, and they are washed and carefully inspected for each and every guest. Yes my place is a little down at the heel. There is some maintenance to do (especially in the bathroom), which I am planning. But it is not dirty. It is not dusty. And it absolutely does not smell.
Bieke neglected to leave money for the parking vouchers. I had to ask her for it afterwards, which was kind of awkward. I can’t help feeling that has something to do with her (slightly passive aggressive) review about the cleanliness of the flat. Also, Airbnb have messed up with the payment from her stay and are hassling her to pay. Not my fault.
I am sorry if you had problems with the internet. It’s good internet. I did a lot of research before I bought the EE mini device, and it has always worked very well for me.
